Peter Caine. Prisoner transfer. Another totaled car. 

While Paul ponders sharing a family secret with Peter, he reminisces back to the time when he decided it was best to keep it from his newly fostered son. 

Author’s Note: This incident takes place on the night that Caine first comes to dinner at the Blaisdell home, a night immortalized in the episode titled “Retribution”. Imagine that between the time when the whole family greeted Caine at the front door and the time when they all sat down to eat, Paul Blaisdell invited Caine into a family room adjacent to both the kitchen and the formal dining room, while Annie, Peter, Carolyn, and Kelly put finishing touches on the meal.
