I love this! I wish they had done an episode something like this when it comes the family dynamics. I was always quite disappointed that they made the episode of St. Adele where KCC finds his father and he's all happy to introduce Peter but we never get to see any family dynamics or even a conversation between father and son about what it was like for father to find his father. I thought it was interesting that you commented that KCC now understood how Peter must've felt when he took off for that six months right after their reunion. I think a lot of the confusion between Peter and KCC comes from the fact that KCC only had his father as an example growing up where Peter due to their separation had Paul and Annie as a measuring stick of help parents were supposed to relate to their children and I think it bothers Peter more than possibly KCC and his father because Peter wishes KCC would react the "normal" way so this look into the actual feelings in family dynamics and fallouts from all of the BS that the Caine line has to put up with his rather awesome and well done
